Ad-Dict: Lanvin S/S 2009
Lanvin’s S/S 09 ad campaign isn’t as whimsical as last years, but still carries the charm of an adult fairy tale. From the side, the model’s facial expression looks blank. But seeing her hard reflection in the mirror puts more emotion into the ad. Love the dress and handbag; it definitely looks like something exciting is about to happen. I love the grainy feel of the photo too. Once again, Steven Meisel satisfies.
