The time couldn’t come soon enough for me to get the hell out of here. But today, I am proud, for one of the few times in my life, to be an Ohioan. In a downtown bar Tuesday night that was more packed than a Saturday evening, a hundred Obama supporters wrapped in American flags, covered in buttons and stickers or simply wearing red, white and blue clothing let out roaring cheers as our fair state turned blue on the map. I haven’t been this happy, proud or enthusiastic about living in this country for a really long time. I will be wearing blue for the rest of the week in honor of American people seeking change, but most importantly, Ohioan!
