On the heels of its latest scandal — allegedly discriminating against new hires based on looks — Jezebel has noticed that American Apparel doesn't make large sizes for many of its items, such as these disco shorts. They only come in sizes XS, S, and M, which American Apparel says is a size 4 to 6. Several other items, including the pleated schoolgirl skirt, also only come in these sizes.
