A few years ago I acquired a vintage Ralph Lauren burgundy blazer and after seeing the trends from the Fall 2010 runways, boy am I glad I’ve got that piece! As one of the biggest fall trends, velvet is making a big comeback.

NY Mag and and The Wall Street Journal might compare them to lederhosen, but any way you look at it, leather shorts were all over the Spring 2010 runways. From Chloe to Yves Saint Laurent and Emilio Pucci to Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s The Row, leather shorts, whether high-waisted, bermuda style or hot-shorts, are as trendy as ever.
