Robert Pattinson has let us in on quite the secret. Apparently the actor wanted to be a famous rapper when he was younger. Robert shared a bit of embarrassing info about a wide collection of tapes he has with his own rap songs:

“You want a secret? OK, how about this – I’ve got a whole collection of tapes of me rapping from when I was 13! I wanted to be a rapper so there are hundreds and hundreds of tapes. They’re very amusing! I was obsessed with Eminem when I was younger. When he first came out I was about 12 and fanatical about his Slim Shady CD. I think he’s a genius. Most of my rhymes were stolen off other people anyway. They were all like, ‘I was raised on these streets…,’ which was a complete farce because I was actually raised in quite a nice area of London called Barnes. Not very ghetto at all! Darius has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Karrine Steffans after she filed a report concerning two separate violent encounters with her ex. Karrine claims Darius “choked [her] and beat [her] with a belt” and that a few months later he again choked her and shoved her in front of a car! Karrine is now asking for a permanent restraining order. Let’s hope she gets one.

Gosselin’s friend spoke to Radar Online and revealed that “Kate is really sad and lonely with few true friends.” It appears that the mother’s only true confidant is her body guard, Steve Neild. The interview with Radar Online doesn’t end before Kate’s friend gets the chance to add that “Even her kids have noticed their mom is sometimes too tired to play with them when the cameras are not rolling.” So basically Kate only acts like the perfect mother when the cameras are rolling. As if we didn’t suspect this already.

Several women, who were former patients of Dr. Jay Pensler, gave some pretty drastic feedback concerning recent breast augmentations they had received. On Yelp and Citysearch women wrote comments like, “MY BREASTS LOOK LIKE SOMETHING OUT OF FREDDY CRUGER’S MOVIE!!!!!!!” When the surgeon saw the comments he sued the women for defamation, saying that the women were overly critical and that many of their claims had no factual basis. Long story short, even if you think you have “Frankenstein breasts”, keep the feedback constructive.

While promoting her new movie Black Swan, Mila Kunis has confessed to going on an extreme diet during the filming. Mila “went on an extreme diet and punishing fitness regime that saw her weight plummet to 98 pounds to play the part of a ballerina,” says a source. The actress, who admits that her family was deeply concerned by her rapid weight loss, says she quickly went on a binge eating spree when the filming was over. Burgers and Chinese food were her go to, she proudly confesses. Looking back on it, Ms. Kunis says that “[She] could see why this industry is so f—-d up…In real life I looked disgusting but in photographs and on film, it looked amazing.” Glad she’s done with the intense dieting.

In order to prep for her AMA performance, Katy got some help from Pantene celebrity hairstylist Danilo. The stylist has decided to let us in on a few of his tips and tricks that took Katy Perry from the red carpet to the stage. Since Katy wanted really big hair, he used a step by step regimen in order to achieve the volume. First, he added a mist of Pro-V Heat Protection & Shine Spray to her locks in order to protect them from getting damaged. Next, he used the Fine Hair Root Lifter Spray Gel to get some volume before he blew it out. Finally Danilo layered on Pro-V Touchable Volume Hairspray to keep the volume throughout her performance. As for the overall look, it’s “classic Hollywood with a contemporary twist” he says.

It seems like Naomi can sell just about anything at this point. The supermodel, who has made quite a living selling clothing, is now appearing in a commercial to help sell her boyfriend Vladimir Doronin’s apartments in Moscow. And though many seem to think that the actress wouldn’t allow her father into her building, others say she was really just following her treatment plan. “Part of living with an addiction, and being in recovery, is maintaining those boundaries. It will help Lindsay to feel in control of her life and stay sober.” Though Dina isn’t on board with Lindsay having any sort of relationship with her father, she’s going to have to be fine with it if she wants to see Lindsay recover.

Joan Collins has recently revealed that she’s a bit terrified about the amount of emphasis placed on skinny models and actresses. It scares her that people don’t mind showcasing these people in the spotlight. Collins, who is no stranger to extreme dieting herself, has said that at one point she was eating a mere 850 calories a day in order to snag a movie role. “I know a producer who, when there were two actresses up for the same role, and one was a little heavier about the hips, said, ‘No, she’s too fat’ even though she was much better for the part,”  she says. When asked about her old dieting habits Joan said “Anyone can do it but why should they? Life is too short and food is too good.” Can’t say I disagree.

Rodney Cutler sure was busy yesterday as he created a number of hairstyles for the Banana Republic Spring/Summer 2011 show. Featuring a “natural, carefree” look, the models adorned a textured pony as they strutted down the runway. Rodney wants to make sure anyone can wear the look that these girls did.

First, you spray hairspray all over towel-dried hair and twist sections of the hair while you rough dry. Next, create a side part and pull your hair into a loose ponytail to secure with a small elastic band the same color of your hair. Finally, slightly pull out a few pieces near the top of your head to give the look some height and spray Redken 08 Wool Shake in pony. Then your ready for the runway or just a casual day out and around town!

For the NARS holiday 2010 collection they decided to multiply their normal dose of Daphne. Images were taken for the collection to look as if viewed through a kaleidoscope. “She is so amazing that we thought we would multiply her image 5, 10 times with the mirrors,” says Francois Nars. Designer Paula Jerome really wants us to celebrate the fabulous Atlantic City. The designer herself feels that the city is very close to home, designing with the inspiration of countless childhood memories. Polish designer Dawid Tomaszewski has just released his Spring/Summer 2011 collection. Though Tomaszewski has been designing for several years and has garnered his fair share of experience, it was only recently that he decided to form his own label. Certainly a great move on his part! His newest women’s collection features quite a broad collection of dresses including both structured and flowy pieces. Tomaszewski also dabs a bit of color into his line, making sure that there’s something for just about every occasion.
