Lindsay’s Treatment Team Wants Michael and Dina to Work it Out

With Lindsay Lohan’s treatment team working hard to help her in recovery, they seem to be stressing the importance of Lindsay’s relationship with her family. It has been reported recently that Lindsay has been in touch with her father Michael. And though many seem to think that the actress wouldn’t allow her father into her building, others say she was really just following her treatment plan. “Part of living with an addiction, and being in recovery, is maintaining those boundaries. It will help Lindsay to feel in control of her life and stay sober.” Though Dina isn’t on board with Lindsay having any sort of relationship with her father, she’s going to have to be fine with it if she wants to see Lindsay recover.

Joan Collins is Concerned for the Skinny Ladies

Joan Collins has recently revealed that she’s a bit terrified about the amount of emphasis placed on skinny models and actresses. It scares her that people don’t mind showcasing these people in the spotlight. Collins, who is no stranger to extreme dieting herself, has said that at one point she was eating a mere 850 calories a day in order to snag a movie role. “I know a producer who, when there were two actresses up for the same role, and one was a little heavier about the hips, said, ‘No, she’s too fat’ even though she was much better for the part,”  she says. When asked about her old dieting habits Joan said “Anyone can do it but why should they? Life is too short and food is too good.” Can’t say I disagree.

Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Love Their Stoli and Eating Disorders

As so many things generally are, it seems life as a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader has been pretty sugar coated. Though the CMT reality show depicts the girls as America’s Sweethearts, one of the ladies decided to speak out about life on the team. And boy does it seem like there’s a lot of chaos! Apparently there’s a big eating disorder issue on the team, if a girl gains a few pounds it’s almost certain she’ll be dismissed. But Kelli Finglass, Head of the DCC, seems to have her many pets. And if you’re one of those you can “get away with murder”. “If a cheerleader is Finglass or Trammell’s ‘pet,’ they will look the other way if she packs on pounds, plagiarizes blog posts on the DCC’s blog, or gets caught kicking back with a bottle of Stoli.” To top it all off there’s a huge double standard concerning the players on the Cowboys.” Cheerleaders are forbidden from hooking up with Cowboys, but if a player bags a cheerleader, they ‘never’ get in trouble.” What a mess!
