It seems a little tough to believe that Justin would be thinking about nixing his most prized possession. Not too long ago Justin wouldn’t even let anyone touch his hair. But the singer was overheard saying that “[he] was thinking about shaving it off or changing it.” Don’t get too excited though, Biebs went on to say that this “isn’t the right time. Maybe [for his] next album.” At least it’s something to look forward to!

Topshop decided to get a bit more grungy this fall season. Their new makeup collection Heavy Duty features the usual shadows, glosses, and polishes; however it’s a lot more “rocker” than people may be used to. Sarah Thorne, Topshop’s Creative Designer, wants to assure everyone that “Although Heavy Duty embodies a toughness and strength never before seen in Topshop Makeup, the playfulness of hand drawn scribbles and craft materials still embody the creative essence that is synonymous with the brand.” I think the edginess can be a good change of pace!

Anthropologie has decided to help ring in 30 years of Anna Sui! The store has collaborated with the designer to pull out three past looks from Ana Sui collections to sell in their stores. All of the looks will be sold alongside an Anna Sui retrospective book.

Katy Perry can’t seem to get enough of the products. Just in time for the release of her perfume, Katy has now teamed up with O.P.I for a lacquer collection set to debut this January. All of the singer’s shades are named after one of her songs: Teenage Dream, Not Like the Movies, Last Friday Night, and The One That Got Away. Pick up the polishes in Ulta after the new year!

Designer Paula Jerome really wants us to celebrate the fabulous Atlantic City. With the debut of the new HBO series Boardwalk Empire, it’s clear that a ton of people have a newfound interest in the place. After the launch of Jerome’s label in 2008 she quickly began work on her Atlantic City charms. The designer herself feels that the city is very close to home, designing with the inspiration of countless childhood memories. The collection of charms is available online as well as at few select shops.

Polish designer Dawid Tomaszewski has just released his Spring/Summer 2011 collection. Though Tomaszewski has been designing for several years and has garnered his fair share of experience, it was only recently that he decided to form his own label. Certainly a great move on his part! His newest women’s collection features quite a broad collection of dresses including both structured and flowy pieces. Tomaszewski also dabs a bit of color into his line, making sure that there’s something for just about every occasion.

When Penn Badgley made an appearance at Fashion Week he felt the need to make it clear that his presence was merely “routine” and the only reason he was there was to “sit [there] and look pretty.” Can’t say we really disagree, but it wouldn’t hurt to sound a little more enthusiastic! The actor didn’t stop there, he added that he’s not friends with costars Jessica Szohr or Ed Westwick and says of the situation,” I mean, we don’t double date. It is what it is.” Guess something was really bothering our Gossip Girl star!

Wendy invited a guest onto her show recently and they made a number of nice meals; however, one thing the audience didn’t expect was for Wendy to voluntarily fry her wig. The talk show host set up a poll on her website and asked people what they would want to see her to fry, and she gladly agreed to follow through when the results rung in the wig as the winner. Though we can’t snag Katy Perry’s perfume yet, she recently shot the ads for Purr with Miles Aldridge. The photos feature the singer in a purple and pink latex costume said to be inspired by the cat-like ensembles she shows off during her concerts.
