If there’s one celebrity who has been relentlessly shoved down our stylish throats this year it has to be Lady Gaga. Celebrity overexposure is certainly annoying, but at least GaGa’s has a few perks. She has a very defined look, making her a perfect Halloween costume. If you’re like me, you’re always wanting to be come obscure movie character that no one ‘gets’ and you spend the whole night explaining your costume. Backstage photography can often be more stunning then stylized editorials or runway snapshots. Giving the viewer a personal look into models lives and some of the madness that is backstage before a fashion show, Anne Combaz is a treasured photographer. Surprisingly, the most stunning images come not from the frenetic movement backstage but from the duller moments where the models are relaxed and their inner beauty is able to shine. What do you think of this new couple? Frankly, I’m confused. I’m also confused why Katy Perry looks like she’s dressed up as Princess Peach from Super Mario while sitting front row, but that’s another story.

Marc Jacobs, Naomi Campbell, Amanda Lepore, Daphne Guinness, Natasha Poly, Olivier Theyskens, and Shalom Harlow are just a few of the famous fashion faces who supported François Nars 15th anniversary effort. Nars said that each look is inspired by an iconic image or person and a classic Nars product, but no one really cares what the inspiration is as long as we get to see Marc Jacobs wearing lipstick, right?!

When the sequins in an editorial make it on to the tights you know it’s got to be high on my list of favorites. I’m obsessed with these tights and Sasha’s ability to pull off the variety of wigs stylist Edward Enninful threw at her during this shoot.

The hair at Proenza Schouler was definitely in my top 5 favorites for it’s 90′s throwback and originality on the runway. This Manic Panic-esque style has been popping up in other places to, most notably in the October issue of Vogue Italia. Start planning those hair-dying parties!
