Watching Bill Cunningham, shown here outside VPL during F/W ‘09 New York Fashion Week, is even more exciting than a fashion show. The man is a fire ball, running down the street with more energy that photographers 1/3 his age.
Even in the Bryant Park tents, he’s often sitting a stair rather than an assigned seat or doing anything possible to get a unique frame. While posing for this shot, we can still see his eyes are darting around, trying to find the next subject. Photo by Paul O’Valle.
