Lindsay Lohan’s new campaign says “strippers need expensive leggings, too!” Shot by photographers-turned-reality stars Markus Klinko and Indrani (stars of the new Bravo reality show ‘Double Exposure,’ showing all of us little people how the world of high fashion photography really works) and styled by GK Reid. Apparently there’s a lot of controversy going on with the Gucci’s lately surrounding a bio that’s in the works (starring Angelina Jolie..oooh). Patrizia Reggiani is upset that she may be portrayed poorly in the plot-in-question, the murder of her husband Maurizio Gucci, which Reggiani is currently serving a 26-year-sentence for.  Maurizio’s cousin, Patrizia Gucci (not to be confused with his wife Patrizia) feels betrayed by producer Ridley Scott’s wife Giannina Facio who spent time with the Gucci’s and may be spreading rumors…Patrizia Gucci claimed:

“Scott had assured us that it would not be a scandalistic movie” and also, “This is not an authorized movie and we will try to block it if it is offensive.” (Variety)

Maurizio Gucci was murdered in 1995 after hiring Tom Ford, and then unknown but now mainstream designer, and had just relaunched the brand when he was gunned down by 3 killers, one of which included his wife’s fortune teller (scandalous!!). Never fear Gucci fans, Patrizia Guccia says:

“I will write a book about the Guccis to say who they really are. And I will give Scott a copy, in hopes that his movie will never be released.”

I’m sure I wasn’t the only one who wondered why the Olsen twins decided to name their JCPenney line “Olsenboye,” and thanks to the help of NY Mag, we now know that “Olsenboye” is Mary Kate and Ashley’s Norwegian ancestral name. There you have it, another question answered!

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen will be launching a new Junior’s brand exclusively at JCPenney called Olsenboye. To gear up for the launch of the new line, New Yorkers will have the chance to get an early peek at the new collection.

Starting today (10/26), JCPenney will be parking a “treat truck” for three days in three locations in NYC, for a sneak peek at some Olsenboye product, the Olsen’s will be making a surprise appearance at one of the three locations.

Mary Kate and Ashley recently teamed up with sunglass designer, Linda Farrow, to launch their new collection of eyewear for their accessories line, The Row. Make no mistake we LOVE  peacock feathers as accessories and can live with it  as a print. We also adore Leigh Lezark, from Misshapes, but seeing her wearing this outfit awakes only one reaction; WTF?!

No matter what kind of exquisite feathers the chicken suit is made of, it is exactly what it is, and we all think that Leigh can do better than posing as a KFC mascot.

International Super Model Naomi Campbell, I heart her, walked the Igor Chapurin show for Paris’ Fashion Week wearing a see-through corset revealing her nipples.  

I don’t know what the big deal is, this is not the first time Naomi’s showed us her nipples.  Just last year in Vogue Italia “The Black Issue” Naomi did a whole spread were a majority of the photos she was topless.  But I’m sure her runway nipples excited people non-the-less.

Former Project Runway contestant Santino Rice has been pretty busy since the show. He’s been dressing clients, designing cigarette packs for Camel, AND STARRING IN POST APOCALYPTIC GAY ZOMBIE FLICKS!!!!

That’s right kiddies, the fashion world is going gay-for-pay and Santino Rice is leading the way.

In a turn of events that can only happen in Los Angeles, the designer of one of the tackiest Project Runway collections in history is playing a homeless drifter in a movie filled with blood, boners and flesh raping zombies. According to Santino, he doesn’t have a sex scene in the film, but his bio on the films website which lists the designer as “bisexual” suggests otherwise.

Eitherway, Santino isn’t the only fashion type who makes an appearance. Madonna’s former lover/designer/antimodel Tony Ward also makes an appearance.

I’d be slightly tempted to see this if he just imitates Tim Gunn throughout the whole thing…
