Great song, even better video! It’s always good to start your day with a good music choice.

Now I know we don’t really cover too much music on Fashion Indie, but when I read this I just couldn’t keep it to myself. SPIN Magazine made my day today with their article literally saying that Radiohead blows.

Cobra Starship is really good at having a lot of really hot girls in their music videos. Check out the video for ‘Hot Mess,’ the song to the album title, and see them pick up a lot of hot, drunken girls the same way the Ghostbusters pick up ghosts. No one can be as hot as Leighton Meester in ‘Good Girls Go Bad,’ but they can try!

One of my favorites Miami Horror realeased a new music video for their track “Sometimes”. I love this video, it kind of reminds me of that show Lost, except this is actually good.

The video for Empire State of Mind has just hit the web. Love this song. It’s the perfect tribute for the greatest city on earth. If you don’t like this song your most likely from LA.

Um, so the songs about threesomes (and sometimes foursomes … on the floor) but the gyrating dancers and played out choreography make me think Miley Cyrus more than Jenna Jameson. Come on Brit Brit, I was hoping for an I’m A Slave for You sequel, not some PG porn vid. Watch it after the jump, but you’ve been warned. It’s about as sexy as tube socks.

The uncensored version of Girls’ Lust for Life video features a bunch of  naughtyness that couldn’t make it in the “Safe For MTV” video. We’ve got the video just for you. Enjoysies.

So happy for these guys. I’ve been listening to them for years, back in the days when Gaga was opening for them in the LES. Now the tables have turned, but in the best way possible. Semi Precious Weapons will be opening for Gaga on her sold out Monster Ball tour. Suck it Kanye.

We have known about this one for awhile now, but the video for 3OH!3’s next single Starstrukk featuring Katy Perry was released, and I’m totally diggin’ it! Besides the amazing Brian Lichtenberg dress that Katy wears in the fountain scene, the recently 25 year old singer is rocking a pretty hot leopard print dress as well.

So this is a new video I found randomly by a band called Hey Champ. They are an “up and coming” electro band from Chicago.

Waffles + Falafels ‘youngest in charge’ Sky Ferreira has released a new track on her Myspace. It’s called ‘femme fatale,’ and the waffles girls claim it’s only the beginning to many Sky tracks to come!

I just found out about this hilarious webshow that films in Time Square. Their sixth episode featured one of my good friends Steve Kellner, the lead singer of NJ band Van Atta High. Hear about his band, and what the ‘Late Night’ host Paul Costabile has to say.  Plus, catch the hilarious sketch from the team’s ‘musical’ Los Miserobles.”  Gorilla Late Night shoots every Monday at 43rd and Broadway at 8pm, so if you’re ever in Midtown and don’t hate Times Square as much as I do, check it out!

So in case you haven’t noticed, I’ve been exposing my musical pleasures of late on the site in hopes that you would not only pick up on some new music, but get to know what I’m all about a bit more. Well one band that I have been following since my freshman year in high school (that’s right 8 years) is Paramore, and while I’ve been taking a ton of heat for it from everyone at the office lately, I will back them 100% always (doesn’t help that I think lead singer Hayley Williams is absolutely gorgeous).

Moving on to the real point of this story. The red headed lead singer recently sat down with Spin Magazine to talk about the bands latest album Brand New Eyes, how the band almost split up, and whether she dreams about other rock stars or not. The interview is actually pretty funny she talks about how she was more excited to see Paulie Shore than Diddy.

Can’t lie I’m pretty stoked on this one! According to his Twitter, Steve Aoki has teamed up with his fellow Dim Mak-er Bob Rifo of the Bloody Beetroots to form a new band called Rifoki. It’s very punk rock, grunge, fast and absolutely brilliant! They are working on their first single now, but they do have a short demo called “Sperm Donor” up on their MySpace page.
