Gossip Girl queen and most recently Chanel princess Blake Lively struck a pose in this barely there Chanel skirt (dress?) at the haute couture house’s Cruise collection show last night in Cannes. Although easier than exiting a car door, we wonder what cameras caught a TMI glimpse when she was perched in the front row. More Chanel sirens and a questionable pic of Lively and Peter Marino after the jump.

This southern belle prefers a teeny waist and a full skirt and lives by this cardinal rule: The wider hat, the thinner the waistline. Welcome to the Kentucky Derby.

The winning designer also gets an expenses paid presentation during Paris Fashion Week at the Plaza Athenee. (Get on it young designers, there are only a few weeks left to apply!)
