We know that Justin Bieber is a lesbian, and it’s moving to see that the community has welcomed her with open arms and tipped baseball caps. It seems lezzies are finally accepting to the fact that, well, many of them are doppelgäng-banging the Biebs. Like the instructor of a hoola hoop class I took last night. Stepping backstage at Parke and Ronen‘s first runway show was like stepping into one of my dreams – but a dream of a very private and parsonal nature. Diego Miguel, Arthur Sales, Rob Evans and a series of scantily-clad and heavily-muscled male models stormed the runway, but backstage they casually went about their business, albeit sans shirts, pants or shame. As I’ve been drunk since Fashion Week began and might not make it to Humpday, may I present Male Model Hangover.

Feeling patriotic, FashionIndie celebrates our Founding Fathers this Male Model Humpday with an homage to Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, John Adams, Alexander Hamilton and Thomas Jefferson featuring models who share their historic first names. I’m sure in their struggle for independence 235 years ago, they envisioned a land where Humpday was celebrated with half-naked men. God* bless America.

Nicola Formichetti is truly a gay after my own heart. Not only a fan of a bold shoulder and a tranny heel, but he’s also totes on board with completely objectifying gorgeous, half-naked men and calling it art. Formichetti continues this proud tradition with the Mugler Brothers of Arcadia “softporn fanzine” — a companion piece to the softporn film of the same name — which was handed out to those lucky enough to attend the show last week in Paris. Being a “softporn fanzine” a lot of the images are not safe for work — unless you’re like me and your work condones and even supports this kind of thing.

Back in the days when Twitter was what birds did and cell phones were still the size of small ponies, lucky girls across America could send their racy snail-mail pics to current (and besmirched) New York Representative Anthony Weiner via the address posted on his Cosmo Magazine profile. Yes, you read that right. Tony scored himself a place on Cosmo’s list of “101 Gorgeous Real Life Bachelors,” including an interview and picture under the highly ironic headline “The Future President?” Question mark indeed.
