Crash Magazine’s “Grey Gardens” doubles as a spread and a lookbook for Kenzo’s Fall/Winter 2009 collection. Photographed by Alexandra Catier, this spread features models Elsa Sylvan and Adrien Sahores and has a clever inspiration-board vibe.

As anyone who has ever worked behind the scenes at a major Fashion Magazine (or seen the September Issue) will tell you, there is a fine line between Art and Design, and the best designers always surround themselves with peerless artistic talent. Jewelry Designer and Sculptor Perry Gargano and Social Entrepreneur Marcy Clark became inspired to create an editorial spread that would be released online only and that would celebrate new media and bold New York women.

It’s not like model Tanya Dziahileva needs any help being gorgeous, but the photographic eye of Hans Feurer sure doesn’t hurt! Consider i-D Magazine’s spread “One Day I’ll Ride A Big White Horse And Wear A Gown And Crowns Of Course” more of a beauty spread than a fashion spread, but regardless, it’s awesome!

Freja Beha Erichsen was all over the runways during Fall 2009 Fashion Week, and dragging the Danish beauty back into the limelight is photographer Boo George’s recent spread for Twin Magazine. Loving the dirty, boyish biker look on Beha Erichsen!

I don’t think the spread’s name is terribly fitting, but I love the expired film look of Ellen Rogers’ spread for i-D’s December 2009 issue!
