This designer thrift shop, which helps fund new costumes for New York City Opera productions, is hosting its annual Fall Vintage Event next Thursday, October 23, with vintage, designer, and vintage-inspired clothing marked down 70 percent (dresses, $35 to $50; coats and suits, $50 to $250; vintage furs, $75 to $650; hats, shoes, and bags, $25 to $250; jewelry, $10 to $150). $10 donation at the door
