the first picture is pretty brutal and i agree with that being a fashion disaster. but the second? thats not bad at all (in my opinion). Im a raver. i dont dress up as much as those guys but i do go around with glow sticks at raves and enjoy myself. its all about having a good time and being a part of the community. but calling rave culture a "foolish juncture" is a bit absurd. you have never been to a real rave i would imagine so you cannot criticize the culture and fashion. sorry if this sounds a bit harsh.

wow....you were obviously way too young to go to a legit rave - plenty of people dressed like that. Oh, and the "models" are part of a subculture within a subculture labeled "cyber" or "Cyber-Rave", kind of a cross between the rave culture and the Cyber Goth culture.

Yeah... If you've never raved you really just can't grasp anything about it... Before my first rave, I was entirely against everything about rave culture... And yes, the fashion is somewhat odd, however I have been known to break out my electric blue skinny jeans on occasion... And personally, I have never seen anyone dressed like the MODELS in the top picture... Also, if you look at the second picture which is a real-life scene, nobody is dressed like that... But 10 is definitely too young for E... WTF? Haha! "techno raves"... What a dumb ass!

Actually the Rave culture is also characterised by promoting non-violent, friendly, safe spaces for people to dance and express themselves.Personally I am too impressed by this culture.

Rave fashion is far better than a large amount of the trash produced and marketed to kids.
I'd rather see people running around covered in neons rather than the shapeless rags that pass for modern mainstream fashion. At least rave gear doesn't have the pregnancy cut

Though given your personal admission of not having been involved in the culture...well that just kind of makes you out to be judgmental and a bit ignorant.
