Leading her flawless ensemble at Lakme Fashion Week, Aastha Bahl has truly brought the heat. Featuring her newest, precisely worked, collection, Aastha has hit the high notes. It’s one thing to make an attempt at innovation and innate edge; however, to achieve it is an entirely different story. Kicking off the true speed of the show, models for Lakme strutted in invigorating colors to bring a distinct sense of rebellion for all the right reasons. The bright color use, blended with the unique design aesthetic, allows for Aastha to clearly push the limits. Mending various pieces such as shirts, shorts, bags and dresses, it is clear that Aastha is looking upon fierce inspiration in achieving her design goals. Balance is no new term to Aastha; though the colors are sure to stand out amongst the crowd, Aastha makes sure that their not overwhelming, whilst balancing out the fiery shades with bold yet simplistic white tones. Each work truly emanates its own sense of charisma; they allow the wearer to achieve a sense of confidence, which will never be parted with.
