Designer Discovery: Alexis Hudson

We swear, it’s the last time Paris makes it on our site.

From the Alexis Hudson’s Holiday ’07 collection comes the beautiful Champagne handbag. Featured in six different colors, the most prominent is in Gunmetal Crocodile. Carrying this bag recently in West Hollywood was Paris Hilton.

Used as a clutch or a handbag, it isn’t only esthetically pleasing but also designed fittingly. The interior of Champagne contains more than enough room for your necessary items (blackberry, camera, wallet…random knick knacks). As well,  a handle on the side which if not used as a handbag, can be used as a clutch with an extra ornament.

Bringing the creativity to the dynamic duo is Rachelle Copeland. She puts form and function into a stylish handbag. Copeland incorporates side pockets, adjustable straps, clasps, and other compartments to her designs. Emily Ironi successfully launched the brand (named after Copelands daughter Alexis and Ironi’s German Wirehaired Pointer Hudson) in 2005 using her sales and marketing experience.
