One to watch out for during fashion week? Designer Catherine Holstein, who first popped onto the scene when Barney’s bought her final project for Parsons, a collection of nautical inspired mini dresses. Today however is her first break into New York Fashion Week, where she will be hosting a cocktail party and presentation at 60 Thompson. To make sure everything is more then perfect, she has recruited friends Victoria and Vanessa Traina. Both have been helping to shape the collection, and their connections will surely help to ensure a good turn out.

So for now, I am alive in New York, designing for a Norwegian brand Flinga,
keeping it short and sweet being an intern for Fashion Indie, which rocks!
