Designer Discovery: Farahbella

Alnea and Rick Miskiv are Farahbella, fashion label born of the duo’s love for art and design. The brand focuses on clothing for the Farahbella woman, someone who uses fashion to express themselves, someone who is constantly searching for more outlets. Their latest collection for the Fall/Winter 2008 season is called “Imploding Volumes”. It includes a long, silver trench with large puffy collar and lapels, an electric blue raincoat, smock dresses in red and dusty purple, a pale blue-gray full body jumper, loose straight leg trousers, and a dark waistcoat. The lines are clean and simple, with cuffs on both the bottoms of pants and the ends of sleeves, solid colors dominate the collection, and color blocking is used for styling effect.

  1. Nice looks, I like the simplicity and elegance of the silouettes. Not to mention
    the styling and photography.

  2. Very nice fashionable yet clean and versatile. Clothing that can be used daily or for a semi-formal evening date. My favorite piece of these is the one piece jumper. Best of luck to Farahbella!
