Faded velvet ribbons, Edwardian lace, the beaded applique of a 1920′s dress, and rhinestone buttons are all among Holly Stalder’s favored raw materials. Intrigued by fragility of fabrics, and how they age with wear, she incorporates these elements into her own modern designs. Either one of a kind, or a limited run, the line is produced in Portland where Holly lives and designs.
Rebecca does not like biographies. They are stupid and she would rather spend her time editing the site. Which she does with great vigor.
