Setting off a magnificent collection of eye-catching creations, designer Mika Machida is leading her own unique path. With eco-friendly fashions and innovative designs, the label has made quite a splash. The newest collection focuses on a variety of animal prints strewn across, dresses, shirts, and more. Though the majority of each piece is often dominated by the basic blacks and whites, the real fun and energy are introduced with sections of pinks and other various colors. It’s this distribution of color that allows for the perfect balance. Another tactic of Mika Machida’s designs is that they can be worn in a variety of ways and are made for different purposes. For example, several of the pieces above were crafted for an off the should look when worn, but other pieces are fitted quite differently. One universal aspect of the label is that the pieces aren’t completely fitted; however, they’re not too lose either. Obtaining the perfect medium in all aspects of the design process, I’d say it’s a job well done.
