While the goth look might not be appropriate for a small child (then again, it's HALLOWEEN for goodness sake, lighten up a little) it's intolerant and judgemental to assume that all goth ladies (and boys) who dress like that are "sluts". Just because someone is wearing fishnet or chooses to dress different from what you are used to doesn't mean that they are slutty or whatever other labels you have for them. “signature goth slut” outfits?
