Evan Handler Knows How To Hustle
Evan Handler, the dude who plays Charlotte’s dead sexy Jewbie husband in the Sex and the City movie, knows how to P.I.M.P. He quickly friended the Sex and the City Movie’s new MySpace profile (which has all the girls at Fashionista not so gaga cause it screams “Yay, now everyone can see how Carrie crazy/gay/completely diluted I am to real life in NYC I am by seeing the SATC movie on my Top 8.”) and within seconds took the opportunity to promote his new book, “It’s Only Temporary: The Good News and the Bad News of Being Alive”. The book is apparently a memoir
I have to hand it to Handler for taking this golden opportunity to make some extra cheese off the chick flick of the year. His MySpace message is below. (PS. Handler, if you’re reading this, you were the cats bananas as Hurley’s imaginary friend on Lost.)
Hey Movie (I’ll see you in theaters soon!)
Thanks for the friendship! I really appreciate it.
Now, I hope the thanks aren’t diluted by asking you to check out my new book, “It’s Only Temporary: The Good News and the Bad News of Being Alive” (out May 1st). It’s about how I finally learned to relax and enjoy life - only 23 years after being told I’d be dead in six months. There’s lots of info about it on my page, or more at evanhandler. com (which is brand new, and actually kind of fun.) Apologies for launching into the hard sell, but it’s a rough world out there for books. I could really use the help of any friends and fans who’d like to help a good project get noticed.
If this sounds interesting to you, I hope you’ll tell your friends about it too.
Thanks!
Evan
