Sex and the City: The Movie NOW FILMING!!!!!
I may have used too many exclamation points for that title considering I am male, not gay, and probably shouldn’t be able to rundown a list of Carrie’s ex’s. But alas, it’s New York fashion. Associated Press is reporting that filming for the highly anticipated Sex and the City movie began yesterday. All original cast members are back and the crew is currently shooting in the Upper East Side (I suddenly have a hankering for Dylan’s Candy Bar). Buzz is already building around Carrie’s fashion choices, including an Eiffel Tower handbag which will undoubtedly become this next seasons must have.
The cast were spotted on Monday night at New York hotspot Butter, to celebrate the film’s kick-off.
Sex And The City: The Movie is slated for a May 30 2008 release.

Yes, I admit taking a few minutes from an “errand” for Harper’s Bazaar (internship) to take a peak at one of the scenes on 70th and Lex last thursday. I only got a quick look at the set and Charlott in a pink swing trench coat. Very cute! Even though I wasn’t there long or able to see much I still had goose bumps from head to toe. Can’t wait for the movie.
