Hogan Knows Best: Thakoon Tapped for Special Collaboration

Thakoon Panichgul, the creative mastermind behind Thakoon and recent Vogue/CFDA Fashion Fund runner-up, has been tapped to produce an exclusive collection for lux accessories retailer Hogan.

The collaboration is still a bit hush-hush but the results will be seen in the upcoming fall 2008 collection. This is further proof of Hogan parent company’s , Tods, trust in New York designers. Last year they acquired Derek Lam as creative director of Tod’s, a move that was applauded by the fashion community. With Thakoon on board, the group is sure to breathe some new life into the Hogan brand.
