I Always Wanted To Work In A Cubicle!
Hey there readers, I’m Chloe, your way too excited, new Fashion Indie blogger. When I came down last week to interview, my first thought upon meeting Daniel and Rebecca was that no body mentioned there was a height requirement for this job. Just kidding, but I did feel embarrassingly short next to the fore mentioned lovelies, as I was quick to tell them. Anyway, we went to some NYU hang out, coffee place a few blocks away, where my black tea looked so unglamorous next to the giant latte filled bowls. We talked to the sounds of Nirvana Unplugged, well mostly Rebecca talked and I smiled alot. Suffice to say, things went well and now here I am sitting at a desk, writing my first post. I was instructed to write a little something about my favorite designer, who at the moment happens to be oh so acclaimed designer to Hollywood’s starlets, Zac Posen. So with no further introduction, here goes:
If you don’t love Zac Posen, think again. Looking at his 2008 Resort Collection, I have the overwhelming urge to clear out my own sadly void closet and make room for all the adorable ensembles. This is the kind of collection you kill people for (although that is not the approach I recommend). The first look to draw an “omigod!†from my lips, is a jaw-dropping, blood red dress with satin detailing and frilled shoulders. I would wear this dress everyday for the rest of my life. Then I see the white mini and floor length emerald ball gown. Never mind, I’m wearing these too. To mix it up a little, the ever fabulous Zac has thrown in shorts, some seriously sexy straight leg trousers and a traffic stopping black, one-piece bathing suit complete with patterned crop jacket and matching hat. Oh Zac, you are delicious.
