I agree with Taylor. She is using her celebrity to get ahead, I just think that it bothers people when there are crowds of kids at fashion design schools that won’t make it, and then there are the LC’s of the world who have had many things just handed to them.

Just because she using her celebrity, doesn’t mean she’s whoring herself out. She took advantage of her opportunities. She sounds like a smart girl. I’m really sick of fashion critics slamming her. She’s trying her best and we all have to start somewhere. I wish her luck!

My, you designers really have a bad case of sour grapes! Are you telling me if you were offered the chance to showcase your designs you would not take it? C’mon guys! The fact is Laurn COnrad’s fahions are selling big time, so perhaps everybody should get off her case. The proof is in the sales, and she has sales!

It is really natural if you think of it for a moment, one can work his way up in the traditional way and build a name for himself or one can build a name for himself on any area and then enter the field he aspires to work in from above.

sooo efing sad but true. However these kids do not have staying power. Its all fluff…I’m a Parson’s grad as well,and being in the industry of the major critics,well common I doubt anyone associated with MAO PR or Numero Mag has any interest in this shit. Keep the faith,these kids are shooting stars.
