Fanny K Bijoux

Fanny K Bijoux celebrates its one-year anniversary!
Brazilian beats and euro-lounge tunes mingle with the light perfume of
this turquoise-and-periwinkle-hued boutique that Parisian-born Fanny
Quéhé (pronounced kay-HEY) has opened in Manhattan’s trendy NoLita
district.
The bohemian boutique—infused with the essence of the owner’s St Barts
upbringing—features a unique collection of accessories crafted by
designers from across the globe: silver ‘bubble’ cuffs from Argentina
are poised alongside St Tropez shimmering droplet earrings and bold
Tanzanian tribal pieces.
The array of materials is beguiling– leather, turquoise, lapis,
shells, rosewood beads and “sunstone,” a copper bead speckled with
gold dust, line the shelves.
More discreet pieces—thin 14 k gold chains with pebble-size pendants,
sometimes dimpled with a diamond—allude to love, peace, ‘faith,’ and
‘world peace’ with refreshing optimism. The boutique also carries the
heavenly MIZENSIR candles that are only available in other upscale
retail stores, such as the über-hip Colette in Paris.
The Donale corner, directly from St-Barts contributes to the intimate boutique’s sense of evasion. Reminiscent of the island’s charm and sensuality, the sophisticated and ethnic line compliments the jewelry to perfection.
The Fanny K line will be available soon: eclectic, cheerful and timeless, the upcoming collection is exhilarating. The unique designs, are crafted in 24K gold plate accented with fresh water pearls or recycled glass.
Original, everlasting and elegant, a new New York City go-to?
Pourquoi pas!
