Another face of the last generation passed with the death of 60’s fashion icon, Lucia Moreira Salles, on Saturday. Making her runway debut in 1957, Salles became the muse of both Valentino and Coco Chanel. Her fresh look and lovable personality made Salles the ultimate model, business partner and friend. Close friends Valentino Garavani and Diane Von Furstenburg say she will be sorely missed.
