I myself enjoy some of the cool raver led pacifiers and there are some neat lip shaped ones too, it's comfortable to wear and stops people from randomly making out with you, and I get far less drunk when my mouth is occupied. A good point to make here is some people actually like looking rather childish, japanese cybergoth rave culture revolves around being cute beyond repair, and a lot of people use unconventional accessories like pacifiers and Ive notices a lot of kids bandaids as nipple covers too ^_^" Sure it is helpful for drug users, but for others, it is just fashion, like an eyepatch, or a surgical mask, doesn't mean they need the bloody thing to wear it.
