Emanuel Ungaro confirmed on Tuesday that they have successfully tapped designer Giles Deacon to replace Lindsay Lohan as its new creative director. This follows the departure of Estrella Archs, the chief designer who was forced to work next to the failed starlet for half of two seasons.
“I kind of want to get myself into the spirit of the house,” Deacon tells WWD.
The 40-year-old designer will continue to produce his own line, as well as working with high street retailer New Look.
