Qi, the contemporary knitwear company that is sexy, chic and always modern announced the launch of QI CARES. A limited edition collection of cashmere and cashmere blended intarsia sweaters, embellished and created by design director Karina Mazzilli.

“Karina has designed sweaters that are the perfect combination of Ziggy Stardust meets Florence Nightingale. After the history making election and inauguration we observed our “girl” participating and making a difference in their community. They want to be part of the movement to be involved, “GIVE BACK” and the “HOPE” delivers to all. We want our girl to wear her positive outlook beyond 2009 said Kosi Harris, marketing manager.

Qi will be donating 10% of the proceeds of every sweater to partnering with Advocates for Children of New York; a means to “GIVE BACK and HOPE”
