Apparently, there was some award show in Germany in which Britney Spears was given a “Wow, You’re Not a Total Trainwreck Cause You Know How to Use a Auto Tune” award by Karl Lagerfeld.

Spears seems to be confused as to who Lagerfeld was as was apparent by her mouth open stares. Karl seems to be confused by modern technology and decided to not speak into a microphone. Meg Ryan seems to be confused as well (but that might just be the blotched botox around her eyes).
