yeaa...this isn't my first time seeing hairy legs on a runway. i have seen some betsey johnson models of i think...last yr? and whooaa man, i thought i was seeing things, till i looked closer, and yea, it was hair on the legs. and also, some of the models were wearing tights, and even with the tights on, i could see the hair sticking out of the tights. REALLLLLY GROSSSSSSSSSS!!!
i dont know...maybe the models didn't have time to shave? orrr maybe they think, ahh..no one will notice, cuz they're focusing on the fashions. :D

It's just hair. I don't find it particularly appealing but I also don't think its gross. To each his own.

    It's just hair, kids.

Body hair isn't gross. May not be fashionable, but it's not gross. When did this deadly fear of body hair take hold? I don't mind a fashion for hairless legs and armpits, but doesn't anyone else find it disturbing that pubic hair now needs styling and the trend is for a prepubescent look?
  • I completely agree!
  • People need to realize that it's just hair, & just because a woman doesn't shave her legs, she isn't "disgusting" or "gross." A woman shouldn't have to shave her legs in order for people to deem her as being "normal" - we put too much pressure on women & their bodies, & this attack on hair is ridiculous.

A lot of models wax, it lasts longer and it feels and looks better when it grows back. There is nothing wrong with this.

Why is it gross? It's just hair, and I think it looks kinda cool. we're just not used to seeing what is naturally present on a woman's body, but please, it's not "gross." That kind of comment reminds me of junior high school! Get over it--it is natural. Why is it natural to remove body hair? Face it--it's not--we're just accustomed to women having to perform all kinds of extreme body modification.
