WHO: Gift Bags for Good, the celebrity and tastemaker bag auction, is proud to announce that proceeds from its second annual fundraiser will benefit the Clothes Off Our Back Foundation and Water Partners International.
WHAT: On Tuesday, May 13th, 2008 from 7:00pm-9:00pm, Gift Bags for Good guests (OPEN TO THE PUBLIC) are invited to bid on must-have gift bags donated by celebrities, tastemakers, and organizations as they sip exclusive cocktails, enjoy music by DJ Josh Madden and take in a live performance by UNISEX SALON. The high profile event, which is attended by celebrities and other influencers, is sponsored by The New York Times, FIJI Water and Ruffino Wine.
GIFT BAGS INCLUDE: Some of the most buzzed about items up for auction this year range from gift bags from the Grammy® and Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, handbags from Carlos Falchi and Coach, and swag bags from publications such as InStyle, Cosmopolitan and Lucky. Select high-ticket items will also be exclusively available to bid on as of Monday, May 12th, through an online auction conducted by www.clothesoffourback.org
