You know what, for as much as I hate Hilary Duff for joining the cast of Gossip Girl, this line isn’t that bad..especially in comparison to some celebrity collab. lines we’ve seen come out lately.  She debuted it in the finale of her Youtube series, ‘The Chase’, shown below…where she also has random short hair for a sec?
