I Like My Dancing Like I Like My Women. Slow.

Further proof that them Agentinians might be the coolest bunch of hispanicals on the planet. The hispicsters (spic + hipster) have taken slow dancing to a whole new level by actually encouraging people to dance slow. In our wonder age of breakneck speed and instant satisfaction it’s nice that some people want to take things slow, and when I say some people I mean 4000 people who gathered at the Buenos Aires Planetarium to dance to classics like “Lady in Red”.

I think we’re on to something here. Watch for a Fashion Indie hosted slow dance in the very, very near future. No joke. I really plan to do this soon. Actually, let’s make an announcement now.

Save the date: Thursday, June 12th; 8PM - 12AM; Fashion Indie Slow Dance. $5 Cover. Location to be announced. One Hour Open Bar.

About the Author: Founder and main dude at Fashion Indie, Daniel Saynt began his career in fashion at the tender age of 14, when he worked in the stockroom for some unnamed fashion whorehouse. His distaste for the mainstream quickly festered until he decided enough was enough, denouncing all mainstream fashion lines (unless the stuffs on sale or just down right irresistible or free, you can't say no to free).
