These are all hand made by artisans (it's not a marketing line, it is true) whereas the other “napkins” are factory made with cheap labor. Like them or not, that's a key difference.

oh mon petit choux ! How about stating your views without using derogatory terms towards those who clearly see beyond the disposability of a mass produced 30 dollar scarf ,and are able to invest in craftmanship,history and a label who aims to make a positive statement.
You are entitled to your opinion about trends,the beauty of freedom is that we don’t have to agree, but then again the nature of your speech makes us wonder if you know much about fashion or individuality?

you’re entitled to your aesthetic views of course but you’re being ignorant on the price point. their whole concept involves artisanal production, which costs money, and donating proceeds to charity. therefore the price reflects the cost of the highly skilled labour and the ethics. so a 30 dollar piece from urban outfitters is irrelevant. which you would have figured out if you had maybe done some research.

they are for sure awful scarves..but i love the designer’s concept. it is supposed to be representative of a peace treaty for palestinians and jews, and i love it. i think it is truly representative of our generation’s feelings-out with the old hate, in with the new love. id buy one just to support the cause.

…but im hoping they can come up with some cuter items!
