She is NEVER in town, her assistant NEVER calls back for appointments even if your extensions are falling out of your head. This is the WORST mistake I have EVER made with my hair. I cannot find anyone else who does this method so I am really screwed. Kristin ESS will take your money, put extensions in your head while she is cracked out on coke, texting, checking her blackberry, sharing stories with co workers, and basically take 4-5 hours o do something that could be done in 1-2 hours if she paid proper attention to her clients. Im sure she does not treat her celebrity clients this way, but take it from me, if your just a normal nice person she WILL take advantage of you, take your money, and RUIN your hair.
