Ah, the fringe benefits of being January Jones. She embodies the primmest of proper 60′s housewife on Mad Men, but can really bust it out in Versace for the red carpet. The waist-deep V, that makes bandeau and skirt one, gives me tingly futuristic vibes all over, overriding most flapper references. The multitude of tassels allows just a touch of visible leg – it’s all about what’s going on up top.
January Jones first fell in love the peekaboo dress in blue in the Versace Spring 2011 collection, but requested it in red. A mighty fine choice, Mrs. Draper.
