First it was Christian Siriano for Payless and now it's Jimmy Choo for H & M, creating fabulous designer shoes at reasonable prices! SO excited. Previously they have collaborated with Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Matthew Williamson, Roberto Cavalli, Viktor & Rolf, and now for their shoes they have secured perhaps the most exciting collaboration of them all with Choo. In the world of designer shoes (as many of you know) Jimmy Choos are among the finest. He will be creating a line of fabulous shoes and handbags for H&M, as well as a line of women’s clothing that will be designed to match the accessories.

Jimmy Choo shoes usually sell for about $600 and up into the thousands, while the bags start out at around $1,000 and go way up. Obviously the H & M collection will be more affordable, but we will have to wait until November 14, 2009 to know the prices, as that is the date they will hit the more than 200 worldwide stores. I have a feeling fashionistas will be lining up around blocks waiting for the release.
