In case his six Grammys, 5 new nominations, and model girlfriend Chrissy Teigen didn’t already make the point of how his life will always be better than yours, John Legend added his bad ass Bowery pied-a-terre to the list.

He recently opened up his  home to NYMag telling them “Most of the places you look at are cookie cutter boxes.  They dont’ have any cool shapes. When I was drawing up my ideal thing in my head, it was a unique space in a newer building, with lots of light.”  The 1,350 sq. ft. apartment has floor to ceiling windows, an entertaining room, walk in closets, a music room, expansive downtown views, and is down right beautiful.
