I am sure many of you have already visited Karl Lagerfeld’s blog, Karl Lagerfeld’s Guide to Life. He is both funny and irreverent, oftentimes, spitting “cute” venom at his friend, Anna Wintour. I have only recently discovered his blog, but find either an “aha” or “lol” moment each time I read one of his posts.
His most recent posting, “I’m Perfect” is a go-to read. He begins his post describing how he is would have dressed Jesus, but somehow, in typical Karl fashion, the post ends with him as the self-proclaimed God of fashion. As I was smiling my way through this posting, I noticed that not only does Karl make beautiful haute couture clothing, but he also is selling an eco-friendly organic cotton tee-shirt designed with large letter graphics that read, “DEMODE.” Karl fanatics know “Demode” is Lagerfeld’s number one word used to end, begin, and break up sentences.
