yeah, forever 21 does not make clothing that is meant to last, but thats because its trendy stuff that you wouldn’t want to wear next season anyway. the same goes for “lauren’s” line.

im really into jersey dresses, and i cant buy anything thats crappy quality (a side affect of having dealt with fabric all day long) and i find plenty of great quality dresses that are a) more stylish b) can be worn for more than one season and c) less expensive than the crap that lauren is peddling.

and lets remember, she isnt studying design, shes studying merchandising. so its not like she designs these dresses. she just slaps her name on a label like every other celebrity designer.

and shes famous for what? having a feud with a friend? if those are the qualifications needed to sell overpriced stuff – then i think everybody on earth should come out with a line.

whats next? people talking about how hard (cough, cough) whitney works at dvf? and how that qualifies her to tout her own line?

(not that i dont watch the hills and the city. i do.)

Maybe Wet Seal should get her on board.
