Who on earth is this Katie Gallagher girl and how can I get my hands on her entire Spring 2010 collection!? Gallagher is one designer I haven’t had the pleasure of acquainting myself with until recently, and let me tell you, she’s one to remind you that not everything has been done before. I would describe her Spring 2010 collection as biker meets matador. The dark navy blue and black hues give Gallagher’s collection a gothic vibe, beautifully contrasted by the romantic, billowy sleeves of blouses and jackets. There is no doubt that Gallagher endorses the idea “the tighter, the better,” so this collection is not for the body conscious! Zippers, sheers, leathers, straps, drapes and panels. This is art.
