Louise Manna makes jewelry that wears like clothing. The chains link together in ways that they can become at once a vest, a necklace or a shoulder piece. The golden and sometimes brooched chains make use of the whole body, wrapping not just around the neck, but around the waist, the ribs, supporting the bust, anywhere it feels right. Louise Manna comes from a history of study in Fashion Design, so she approaches the chains as fabric, draping them on a form, and creating the skeleton to a garment. What results is layerable, innovational, body enveloping jewelry.

I impart my daily love of light layering, thick-as-thieves platforms and undiscovered fashionable gems. I love to turn a phrase, and in truth I'm a designer at werq.
