Mariah Carey has starred in a movie called Precious. For it, she had to put on weight, go mostly makeupless, and just look rough to play a social worker.

This ain't Glitter 2.0, apparently. Also, none of the social workers I know look "rough".
ETA: I was being a little harsh. I just watched the trailer and it made me cry. I actually respect Mariah for this role and want to see this.
