When I think of resort wear I think of St Tropez. I can't help myself, I just do. Forgive me sins. So when I viewed Michael Kors' Resort 2011 I was honestly surprised by what I saw. Fur in a Resort line? Does that work? Well, it's Michael Kors so really anything works. Actually, what Michael is saying with his collection is something that no other designer has dared to say. He's not talking all about the destination wear, he's also addressing the need for clothes on the journey. He's dressing us for chilly airplanes and night time breezes. He's also giving us our traditional resort wear for daytime jaunts in French villages. It's the most glorious line….as is to be expected from the genius designer!
