It's sexy without being overtly sexual (which is a risk you run with a plunging neckline like that). I think the way the fabric falls below the waist, and the shoulder pads, make it look more classy. I don't actually mind the shoulder pads. They don't always work, but they work here. Judging by what we are seeing on the runways, shoulder pads are back in favor this fall; can't wait to see if Fashion Week supports this, or if things take a turn away from shoulder pads.
